Here is a list of our most frequently asked questions,
we hope you find them useful.
- I've lost my tickets, what can I do?
Call the Box Office as soon as possible, providing as much information
as possible e.g. date of purchase, the method e.g. phoned /
in person etc

- Can I cancel / exchange my tickets?
We regret tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless in
the event of a cancelled performance.
- Do I need ID to collect my tickets?
Yes, you will need to present the credit or debit card used
to purchase the tickets. This is to protect both you and ourselves
from potential credit card fraud.
- What does 'Doors open 7 pm' mean on my ticket?
The promoter of the concert has decided that customers will
be permitted access to the venue no earlier than 7 pm. It does
not mean the performance will start at 7 pm.
- What happens if I'm late?
If you arrive late for a performance you will be admitted at
an appropriate break which may in some cases be the interval.
- Can I book concessions / wheelchair tickets online?
In order to provide the best service we ask that all customers
seeking to purchase concessions / wheelchair tickets contact
the Box Office, Tel 01382 434940. Email citybox@dundeecity.gov.uk
to ensure that the correct tickets are supplied.
- What time will the concert end?
As with all live events this answer is dependant on the start
time on the night as there can be delays. It may be possible
to provide a more accurate answer after 2 pm on show day, please
call the Box Office, Tel 01382 434940.
- Where are the toilets?
There are toilets for all on both the stalls and the balcony
levels on the north side of the building.
- What time do doors open for a concert?
In some cases a doors open time is printed on the ticket and
this will be the actual time the doors will open for access.
For all concerts where a performance time is stated on the tickets
then doors will be open 45 minutes prior to this.
