- Latecomers will not be admitted to the show until a suitable break in the performance, which may be the interval.
- Mobile phones must be switched off during the performance.
- Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18+ at all performances.
- Babies under 3 years of age are not permitted unless the performance is strictly for pre-school children.
- Children 3 years and over must have a valid ticket to attend a performance.
- The Caird Hall has cafe-bars on both the stalls and balcony levels, which are open half an hour prior to the performance and at the interval.
- It is advisable to pre-order interval drinks.
